#1 Intuitive Training (DUP) or Programming which is best (for athletes)?
My answer- intuitive training based off the program, don’t be scared to adapt programming daily (note, must keep track of this!)
Training programs are designed as a plan and guide designed to illicit certain training affects to improve athletic attributes of your athlete.
Understanding when to do more/less in a session is the key to optimising training adaptations, understanding on a bad day when enough is enough verses when a good day and maybe exceeding some percentages or volume in a session would be beneficial.
Allow you and OR your athlete/s some freedom with the scope to work within their capacity and give them the push as needed.
