#2 Alactic Capacity
WHAT IS IT?
Alactic capacity is the ability to REPEAT high max/near MAXIMAL EFFORTS with incomplete rest. Look at:
If you do not train to improve alactic capacity you/your athletes will not be able to perform at their optimal level over time.
If you do not train in this way and conditioning the body then put the players in a game setting the RISK of INJURY will DRASTICALLY INCREASE.
IDEAS TO TRAIN IT:
Can be done on the field and the gym.
Gym: 6 way bands (20 reps/40seconds rest/4rounds)
Field: Sprint 40m on 15seonds.
3min on rest 1 min. repeat 4 times.
