#35 THE EASIEST WAY TO VIEW ACCESSORY WORK
This is the easiest, most basic way we look at ACCESSORY work.
Below are a few examples
Programmed to address the individual weakness of an athlete.
E.g. Glute Ham Raises, Partial Range Deadlifts, specialty bar squats, , Leg curls, Plyometrics.
Lower Back: Reverse Hyper, Back extensions, Isometric Extension Holds
Strengthen Stabiliser muscles for injury prevention
E.g. lat pull downs, curls, external rotations, scapula (position) strengthening, deltoid strengthening, etc.
*do these outside the norm, use bands and chains rather then typical machines etc.
