Skill (e.g. running technique)
LETS FLIP IT:
Skills/Drills (e.g. become efficient with your technique)
Intensity (e.g. build your intensity up with your skill level to maintain skill under fatigue, then rest and repeat)
Total volume (e.g. bring kms per week up when technique and intensity have stabilised)
