Ever find yourself in a rut? It could be in life, training or study where nothing seems to drive where you steer it to. Well, this here is for you.

3 Tips to Take a Leap and Start Something New:

1. Research
Find out what is available to you. Read books, search the web, talk to people around you. You don’t know what’s out there until you find out!
2. Plan
Having a plan of attack will guide you along the way. It will turn that BIG leap into a few mini leaps.
3. Goals
This is quite a generic term that you hear a lot. I want you to use this step to ask yourself β€œWhy?” Then, ask yourself again, 5 times (different answers of course) and see where your answer takes you. Example: My personal goal is to be 20% body fat @ 65kgs and deadlift 2x BW by the end of 2016. But the reason why this is my goal is what drives me everyday! What that reason is, I shall leave to another day.

Have a think. Plan. Tell yourself why everyday.
