#49: 3 Tips to Take the Leap
Ever find yourself in a rut? It could be in life, training or study where nothing seems to drive where you steer it to. Well, this here is for you.
3 Tips to Take a Leap and Start Something New:
Find out what is available to you. Read books, search the web, talk to people around you. You don’t know what’s out there until you find out!
Having a plan of attack will guide you along the way. It will turn that BIG leap into a few mini leaps.
This is quite a generic term that you hear a lot. I want you to use this step to ask yourself “Why?” Then, ask yourself again, 5 times (different answers of course) and see where your answer takes you. Example: My personal goal is to be 20% body fat @ 65kgs and deadlift 2x BW by the end of 2016. But the reason why this is my goal is what drives me everyday! What that reason is, I shall leave to another day.
Have a think. Plan. Tell yourself why everyday.
